A friendly, competent and versatile character. Ideal for supporting communication, which is not always simple, relating to Lowara products.
LOOP has been created in order to make technical communication more effective, recognisable and interactive and to give added value to the Lowara brand. He is the mascot who, from now on, will be the main feature of company communication strategies.
Presented in Milan at the Expocomfort Exhibition and Convention 2004, LOOP showed himself to be the protagonist of a modern stereoscopic film, one of the first to be produced in Italy for corporate communication. He was an immediate success with the public and critics, as shown by the large numbers of people at the screenings continuously run in the Lowara stand at the exhibition. LOOP is a graphical representation of the Lowara brand, an animation which becomes a character who can explain technical concepts on Lowara technology and application. But, in harmony with his "versatile" spirit, LOOP is also a gadget, who comes in various shapes and versions and is presented on the company website with a real video trailer, a small 3D and 3D stereoscopic preview; his full charm is shown in the CD set, complete with personalised anaglyphic glasses for watching the stereoscopic film. He is also the guest of honour of the Lowara Training Centre, which is equipped with apparatus for stereoscopic viewing, already available for all those taking part in the various training sessions.
But that's not all, as LOOP, within the context of a precise integrated communication strategy, will have the job of carrying out many other "friendly missions" in the advertising field, for corporate communication and whenever it's time to explain, communicate and promote the Lowara brand and its technology.
LOOP will now be responsible for explaining the Lowara mission, which is to design and create solutions for specific needs and not just highly technological industrial products. The difference is very significant. This isn't just because customer relations and loyalty are developed through detailed understanding of the users' requirements, but also because technical supply goes much further - and this is one of Lowara's strengths - the product, post-sale assistance, keeping staff up-to-date and the ability to continuously develop new technological offers.
International markets are evolving at an increasingly fast pace. So, Loop, the mascot with all the enthusiasm that distinguishes Lowara, works at the same rapid pace.
