GAPbuster, a performance improvement solutions specialist, believes recognition is the key to sustaining service excellence. "The best way to reinforce your company's service standards is by catching people getting it right - and that's what the Champion Award does", said Phil Prosser, GAPbuster's Group Managing Director.
