Mostra Convegno Expocomfort Trade Show 2002 - Milan
22/03/2002
The Mostra Convegno Expoconfort is an international trade show for the HVAC, refrigeration, sanitation, bathroom fixture, pump and valve industries.
The MCE is a huge showcase, providing industry operators with an opportunity to meet, compare notes and see what the HVAC, pump and sanitary markets have to offer.
On this occasion, the entire Milan trade show facilities were made available for the MCE: approximately 240,000 square meters of display space, with the participation of about 3,000 Italian and foreign exhibitors, including approximately 1900 manufacturers and 1000 agents, who were visited by 160,000 professional operators.
The pump, valve and pipe fitting industries were accommodated in pavilions 1,2,3,4,7, 25 and a section of 21, with an increase both in terms of space and in the number of exhibiting companies.
Lowara, housed in pavilion 3.1, with a display area of 286 square meters, exhibited the most representative products of the vast selection found on the market. In particular, the company offered a preview of its new electronic device for automatic speed regulation, which enables significant energy savings and guarantees long life and performance control. The new device, mounted on an SV8 pump, was connected to an operating demo system.
The new generation of Single and Double box prefab stations were also on display. These provide greater application flexibility, new capabilities and an innovative system of cable assembly that enables quicker installation and maintenance.
Customers were especially curious about the new interesting solution offered by the UNI standard firefighting set featuring 4 wall-mounted pumps.
The program of events also featured a press conference held on March 7, when President P. Marinovich illustrated the reorganization of the Fluid Technology area and the leading role played by Lowara in the Water Technology Group, as well as the newly introduced product features.
See you at the next MCE trade show scheduled for March 2004.
